Back in 2019, one of my best friends won a tax lien certificate for an acre of undeveloped land on a major road for less than $6,000. I became immediately intrigued. I wanted to know how I could invest. Once I learned, I began sharing what I knew with others. One full-time college student learned my strategies, attended the auction and won. Now owning a three-bed, 2-bath home fully functional and ready for cashflow- which he got through a tax lien sale.

So now, everything I know is put into this course. I created a step-by-step process to help you understand how tax lien investing actually works, how to avoid pitfalls, and create an action plan just for you.

Yes, my mom really did name me Candle! When I was born, she said I became the light of her life (that’s the story and I’m sticking with it). Like my name, I’ve always had a fiery passion for life, and that naturally extended into the world of real estate investing.
